La presente Pol\u00edtica de Reembolso regula las condiciones bajo las cuales Tamali Joyeros S.L., con nombre comercial Joyer\u00eda Tamali, acepta devoluciones y gestiona reembolsos de compras realizadas en www.joyeriatamali.com.<\/p>\n
Por motivos higi\u00e9nicos, de seguridad y normativa aplicable al sector de joyer\u00eda, solo se aceptan devoluciones en caso de defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n. No se admiten devoluciones por otros motivos.<\/p>\n
2. Devoluciones aceptadas<\/p>\n
Joyer\u00eda Tamali \u00fanicamente aceptar\u00e1 devoluciones cuando:
\n– El producto presente un defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n, y
\n– Dicho defecto sea debidamente verificado por el equipo t\u00e9cnico.<\/p>\n
No se consideran defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n:
\n– Da\u00f1os por uso indebido
\n– Golpes, rozaduras o deformaciones por uso
\n– Desgaste natural del producto
\n– Manipulaci\u00f3n por terceros<\/p>\n
3. Plazo para comunicar un defecto<\/p>\n
El Cliente deber\u00e1 comunicar el defecto en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 48 horas desde la recepci\u00f3n del pedido.<\/p>\n

Sin esta informaci\u00f3n, no podr\u00e1 iniciarse el proceso de verificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
4. Verificaci\u00f3n del defecto<\/p>\n
Una vez recibida la solicitud, Joyer\u00eda Tamali inspeccionar\u00e1 el caso para confirmar si el defecto corresponde realmente a un fallo de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
Si fuera necesario, el producto deber\u00e1 enviarse a Joyer\u00eda Tamali para analizarlo f\u00edsicamente.<\/p>\n
5. Soluciones disponibles<\/p>\n
Si el defecto se confirma, Joyer\u00eda Tamali ofrecer\u00e1 al Cliente una de las siguientes soluciones, seg\u00fan corresponda:
\n1. Reparaci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo, sin coste adicional.
\n2. Sustituci\u00f3n por una pieza id\u00e9ntica, si la reparaci\u00f3n no fuera posible.
\n3. Reembolso completo del importe pagado, si ninguna de las opciones anteriores pudiera realizarse.<\/p>\n
El reembolso se realizar\u00e1 utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago empleado en la compra.<\/p>\n
6. Productos excluidos de reembolso<\/p>\n
No se aceptar\u00e1n devoluciones ni reembolsos en los siguientes casos:
\n– Art\u00edculos sin defecto de fabricaci\u00f3n.
\n– Productos personalizados, grabados o hechos a medida.
\n– Piezas cuyo da\u00f1o provenga del uso, golpes, desgaste o manipulaci\u00f3n inadecuada.
\n– P\u00e9rdida o robo de la joya.
\n– Errores del Cliente en talla, color o modelo elegido.
\n– Intentos de devoluci\u00f3n fuera del plazo de 48 horas.<\/p>\n
7. Condiciones del env\u00edo de devoluci\u00f3n<\/p>\n
Si se requiere enviar el producto para evaluaci\u00f3n:
\n– Debe estar en su embalaje original.
\n– No debe presentar signos de uso distintos al defecto informado.
\n– Debe incluir todos los accesorios, certificaciones o estuches que acompa\u00f1aban al art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n
8. Reembolsos<\/p>\n
Una vez aprobado el reembolso, este se realizar\u00e1 en un plazo estimado de 3 a 10 d\u00edas laborables, dependiendo del m\u00e9todo de pago.<\/p>\n
El reembolso se efectuar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente al mismo titular y por el mismo medio utilizado en la compra.<\/p>\n
9. Cambios<\/p>\n
